“Our big fat Indian Wedding spanned 6 days and while we had a production team in place to handle decoration, we wanted a team to help us create the complete experience of a ‘resort-type’ wedding for our overseas guests (of which there were over 100). This meant liaising with guests, organising and managing airport pickups & dropoffs, running an on-site hospitality desk from 10-6 for the week of the wedding, handling transportation for guests to and from wedding venues, a ‘shadow’ person to assist the Groom’s family from overseas and numerous other things. My sister and I worked very closely with the team for months prior to our wedding, and as the time got closer, the girls made us feel completely comfortable that everything was handled (they are extremly organised – thankfully!!).

During the wedding, whatever little queries occurred and whatever last minute things needed to be dealt with, the team handled with ease and the utmost professionalism. More then that, every single one of our guests, has gone out of their way to specifically tell us how amazing ‘those 3 girls’ were. They bonded with our families and guests, kept everyone happy and were always a pleasure to be around. Having the 3 degrees team (Vehka and Janhavi) co-ordinate our 3 day Indian wedding was absolutely the best decision we made whilst planning our wedding.

The team stepped in a few weeks prior to our wedding and did a fantastic job liaising with all our vendors such as; the decorators, sound and lighting team, the venue, bar, photographers / videographers, entertainment, make-up artists, transportation team and more. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly coordinated from start to finish on each occasion and attended to our guests needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they were always hands on.

The 3 Degrees team made sure everything was seamless and that our wedding was virtually stress free! They were able to anticipate issues before they occurred and if there was a problem it was taken care of immediately. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable with attention to detail and were easy to work with throughout the events.
